Christine's professional journey began in an unconventional way—teaching kickboxing at a mental health facility—where she discovered her passion for holistic wellness. Since then, she has provided therapeutic services across diverse settings, including hospitals, treatment centers, schools, and geriatric homes. In August 2025, she will officially launch her own practice, Crescendo Music Therapy, offering inclusive, community-focused services that integrate music, movement, and mindfulness. Christine’s work is defined by her commitment to whole-body health, accessibility, and the transformative power of music.

What do you attribute your success to?
I never imagined I’d open my own music therapy business, but with the unwavering support of my family and mentors, I found the courage to take that leap. My success is rooted in the guidance I received from incredible mentors like Ronald Borzon, Leah Cruz, Summer Lall, and Debbie Sipos, as well as my involvement with music therapy organizations and community work with the American Cancer Society Relay for Life. Their belief in me—and my passion for combining music with healing—kept me moving forward, even when the path wasn’t always clear.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to follow your heart, trust your instincts, and pursue the path that truly makes you happy—because that’s where you’ll find both purpose and fulfillment.
