Charkie Quarcoo
Charkie Quarcoo is a seasoned diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) strategist, currently serving as Program Manager for the Change@Work initiative at The Predictive Index (PI). With over sixteen years of experience in human capital development and inclusive leadership, Charkie focuses on creating sustainable organizational change through employee-led action, transparent communication, and inclusive strategy. At PI, she leads initiatives that empower internal teams to drive meaningful transformation, aligning strategic goals with a people-first approach.

Before joining The Predictive Index, Charkie held key leadership roles in nonprofit organizations such as Year Up and Genesys Works, where she directed corporate engagement, training, and people operations to close opportunity gaps for underrepresented young professionals. She also served as National Associate Director of People Operations, where she implemented systems that supported equitable talent development. A graduate of Trinity College in Connecticut, Charkie earned her BA in Educational Studies and has long been passionate about fostering collaborative learning and community empowerment.

What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to being a lifelong learner and leading through influence, always striving to grow while empowering others to do the same.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering the industry is this: when people show you who they are, believe them—trust your instincts and protect your energy.
